Greetings,
The Medicare Annual Open Enrollment Period (Oct 15th through Dec 7th) is fast approaching.
Once again, there will be some major changes in the Part D drug coverage affecting both Medicare Advantage and standalone Part D plans.
Some of you are currently enrolled in a plan that will not be offering a renewal for 2026, and you will be required to make a new selection for this next year.
All plan changes made will be effective January 1, 2026. If you are happy with your current benefits and your carrier has not given you a plan termination notice, you do not need to do anything. Your current plan choice will roll over to 2026. An “Annual Notice of Change (ANOC)” from your current carrier explaining the new plan benefits and/or changes will arrive in your mail shortly. Those who opted for paperless, check your email.
In preparation for this enrollment period, I will be sending out two emails. The first email will come from:
Sandra Barr donotreply@ t.insfiretech.com
This email will allow you to update your prescription drug list, which I need for plan changes.
The second email will come from: message@ insfiretech.com
By logging into this email, you will complete the Medicare Scope of Appointment, which is required annually for me to assist you.
Make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder in case you do not see them in your regular inbox.
In closing, I cannot emphasize how important it is for all of you to assist in this process by completing the information I am sending you as soon as possible. By working together, I am confident we will choose the best options for you in 2026.
Sincerely,
Sandra Barr
P.S. Feel free to share my contact information with friends or family if they need help with their Medicare plan choices.
